Custom Exhaust

Hi Guys,
Just finished my custom 3" all polished stainless exhaust system. I will post a video with sound soon, but for now can see pictures of the build project and the exhaust. Enjoy.

Re: Custom Exhaust

Which mufflers?

That is quite an impressive electronics layout under the dash.

Re: Custom Exhaust

Jim,

The exhaust looks great. I am planning my own custom stainless exhaust fabrication. I hope to get it done in the next week or two.

How did you make you X-pipe?

Also, did you purge the inside of the tubing when you welded it?

Re: Custom Exhaust

I had a custom exhaust shop do the fabrication. All the pieces were prebent and all welded together.

Re: Custom Exhaust

The mufflers came from Summit Racing. They have a great sound. My friend Mike here in Houston, did all the electronics for me.

Re: Custom Exhaust

I did a x-pipe like that and we just laid it out on the floor and then built it on the table with mandrel bent 45's and 90's and made custom hangers. Did it in ceramic coat for the finish. Check it out.
