Yes you could get the LT option on a Z/28 in 1974. I own one.

LT was luxury package, Z28 was performance package. Having both makes for a nice ride.

My first car was a 1974 Camaro Z28 with the Type LT option. It was metallic blue and ordered without the stripes. It was a beautiful car. Wish I could find it to buy it back.

Z28 was an option
Could be ordered on a Base Coup or an LT Camaro
