rotti1013

I have a 95 camaro Z-28. In the mornings it hesitates and drives really rough. After the car warms up it spontaneously runs right. If you let it sit for a while it does this same exact thing just not as long a time before it starts running right. I can feel a popping in the gas pedal when it runs rough like this and the popping is very audible. The car also shifts very hard into 2nd gear when all this is going on. But when it warms up everything is fine. Someone told me that the oxygen sensors had heaters on them . I read they were supposed to heat up to 600 degrees F. could this be my problem? Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mark

Re: rotti1013

Could be the dreaded opti spark going out. Check and make sure your water pump isn't weeping onto your opti spark.
