3.8 v6 to BB swap

My dad and I are preparing to start a major undertaking. As the thread suggests we are planning (no b/s) to swap out the the stock 3.8 for a BB 454.

My question/concern is about the cross-member. I have heard about a company that manufactures a the cross-member specifically for this swap. Supposedly the company has a kit or they manufacture the components that make this swap unbelievably easier, or at least quicker with one less headache they we will have to eventually overcome.

Has anyone else on this forum heard of this company and does anyone have a name or any type of contact info for that matter. I have been searching the net on-and-off for the past few days and have come up with zilch. While there is no huge rush for it b/c the donor motor is still in need of some machine work and a fresh re-build.

Aside from the obvious fact about needing a tranny swap, new drive shaft and more than likely a new read end. What do you guys think? Has anyone else thought this specific swap? Has anyone else done this swap? While I'm sure there are some pro-mod or pro-street guy out there, this car will be fully street able as in NOT radical. We will probably end up w/ moderate cam and maybe a tunnel ram or something. The reasoning behind the swap aside from the fact that its cool is that my dad has been sitting on this motor for the better part of a decade and basically is starting fiend for something to put it in, but I don't disagree with him about that part .

Anyways, that's enough rambling for now. Thoughts comments suggestions and insights are more than welcome.

Thanks
Nick
