Engine problems with codes

When i started my car after about 5 seconds of running my SES light comes on with CODE 43: ESC Failure. Then the SES light goes away.....the car runs fine untill it reaches normal operating temperature (after about 10-15 mins) then the tachometer starts to freak out as the car fluctuates from high to very low revs making puff sounds in the exhaust untill the car evenutally stalls (which doesnt take long). When this happens i get CODE 36: Hi-Res Failure an CODE 42: ESC Failure. Now i did replace the Opti about 4,000-5,000 miles ago......but im really hoping thats not the problem. I am very unfamilar with these codes and REALLY need help. Where should i start?? or has anyone experienced this before and might know whats wrong???? any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.

Also, my car is a 6spd

Synopsis Code 43
Description: Ignition coil driver circuit open or shorted. Possible Causes
Bad connection or wiring
Check the wiring and connections between the ignition coil and the power module (or SMEC). Clean and regrease any corroded connectors with dielectric grease and repair any shorts.
Ignition coil driver transistor failure
Replace the power module (or SMEC).
Ignition coil failure - Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance of the primary ignition coil between the two small stud on the top of the coil. It should measure about 0 ohms. [/font]
Results If Component Fails
Fault code 43 is stored and the engine will stall

Possible Causes Code 42
Blown fusible link to power module (or SMEC - Check the only white fusible link (may look grey if dirty) by tugging on it. A good link will feel solid while a blown link will stretch like a rubber band. It is the white link on the two-link circuit (not the four or five link circuit). This link supplies power to the ASD relay and the voltage sense input on the logic module (may be accompanied by a code 16).
Bad connection or wiring- Check the wiring and connections between the ASD relay and the logic module. Clean and regrease any corroded connectors with dielectric grease and repair any shorts.
ASD relay failure
- Disconnect the relay, apply 12V to the relay coil, and check the contacts
