Need mod tips on 2000 Camaro V-6

I want to do some basic mods, bolt on stuff for my camaro. I have had suggested the following:

Cold Air Intake....if so what brand and do I need to tune the computer?

Go to real duel exhaust, maybe headers

Swap out the rear end gears, maybe a set of 3.50?

I don't know what I have in it now, I am told a set of 3.73 would really work well. Do you order the same gears for a V6 rear end as you do a V8??

Also, if you do headers, do you have to do a tune???

yes, the v6 and v8 use the same exact gears, you want to order them for a gm 10 bolt 7.625 (i think) rear
