72 Camaro Air Conditioning Question - unsure of appropriate forum.

Has anyone taken a non A/C 72 Camaro and installed an OEM original A/C converted to R134a?

I have Most of the pieces from a 72 Camaro original A/C system. The Camaro I have was not an original A/C. I do have Evaporator that holds a vacume steady. I do not have the condensor, hoses or compressor.

Re: 72 Camaro Air Conditioning Question - unsure of appropriate forum.

Heating and cooling would be the more appropriate forum. putting it in the correct place helps the Mods/Admins keep things organized for us and for future reference.
BTW the firewall is not same between A/C and non-A/C 2nd gens. You would be better off with an aftermarket setup from vintage air and probably money ahead too.
