I'm a newbie that has found a "surviving" 69. HELP!

hello guys/gals. I've asked a few questions on different forums. How do I become an actual member? (is there a secret handshake that comes with that?) I have found a car I want but have a few more questions. I think I've found a '69 "survivor", done lots of research, bothered the poor seller to death! what's the best way to get an idea of value? Is it good to see "items sold on eBay? THANKS!

thank you! I was not really looking for an all-original, rather a '69 I could drive around and enjoy. But I think I may have found a really good deal. kinda scary when it actually comes down to buying one of these things!

thanks a lot! I've gotten some VERY good info from this site. so much so, I forked over the $12.00 or whatever it was and joined. The car I'm looking at is the same color as yours. Just not as shiny!
