Smile New Member long time browser

Hey, camaro community I finally joined because I now have a X77 01B build date basket case rusty project roller that I'm going to try to restore as correct as possible or build as maybe an ls1 powered resto-mod. any suggestions or help to decide which way to go with this after I repair all the rust. the trim tag indicates according to the decoder as a z/28 aztec silver built the 2nd week of jan, 69. thanks

Welcome to Team Camaro!!! As you know this is a GREAT resource site for restoring Camaros.
As far as your "new" car, I'd say if it has a numbers matching driveline, restore it for the most value. But if it's not the original engine make it a rest-mod. If it is numbers matching, you could still keep the original engine in the garage and just replace it with a more powerful unit without losing the value. Just my .02
