Just saying hi. I'm new to the site and hoping to get some good information to help in my struggle to fix up a 68 camaro that I have had sitting around for years. I also hope to share my journey.
Being that I know nothing about cars as of right now, this should be an interesting project and learning experience. I do have a mechanic buddy who will be helping me out and letting me use tools, but I'd like to do as much myself as possible and learn instead of just having him tell me.
Basically, my goal is to have the car on the road by the middle of summer.
larry ,once you start diggin into your project you will be hooked and own a bunch of tools and have a blower sticking threw the hood when your done...we are here to help you..just let us know when you start tackling it!!
Welcome, Larry and good to see another '68, THE correct year.
Pictures? You'll need them for assembly and reference later, you can't remember it all.
Everybody will atest to this fact.
