'69 Restoration ?

I know this sounds pretty minor but can anyone out there tell me if the 3 screws holding the door latch came painted from the factory?

Re: '69 Restoration ?

Yes, the door latch was installed when the car was painted. The latch was masked off, but the screws were painted.

Re: '69 Restoration ?

Depends on the factory. I think I recall norwoods were painted, Van Nuys were plated silver/zinc.
