New from Ga.

Hi, I thought I introduced myself a while back, but i"m old, so here goes.
I have a 69 hugger orange z car, 46000 original mile car. Drive train & interior was stolen & car sat in an open carport for 34 yrs. I have started a date correct restoration except it has a 70 LT1 motor. It needs interior finished engine area detailed a few dents repaired & paint. I took this car out today & it will flat haul buggy. Made me feel like I was 25 again. I'm in south Ga. Wife said it was ugly when I brought it home so she can't ride in it.

Jim welcome to the Team, gotta love a '69 Orange Z28. Is the car a flat hood or cowl induction hood car? X-code car?

The car has a flat hood with rear spoiler. Car has original paint except for one front fender that got dinged in the day. Cal tag reads x77.

Re: New from Ga.

Welcome to Team Camaro. Sounds like a nice car. You can do a search on here on how to post pictures. You will need a host site like www.photobucket.com. It is free and you put your pictures on photobucket then put them in your message here.

Re: New from Ga.

From one Georgian to another, welcome. I'm in northeast Georgia. I know what you mean about the wife. When I had a 700 R4 in it, she mentioned that she'd like to drive it. So I immediately put a TKO 500 in it. She can't drive a stick shift.
