New Old Man - '69 RS/Z28

Hi everyone. in the process of buy '69 Z28. Would like to know if there's a local mech. that I could take it to to have it checked out here in phx, AZ ??

First off, is it a Hugger Orange Z/28-RS? My former car is in Scottsdale and was at a dealer.
