New but have 2 year 68 project

As the title says I am new to the forum. I have a 1968 Camaro RS with Z code paint(British Racing Green). It has a non-numbers matching 327 with a Muncie M21 4 speed. I am currently in the process of getting it painted and have most of the mechanical work done. I have some problems I am working out with the mechanicals and am hoping to use your site to help me troubleshoot them. I also own a 1997 Camaro Z28 with a procharged 383 with only 21,000 miles. I sold a 1989 Trans Am GTA to get the 68 and couldn't be happier about it. I am about 2 years into the ground up nut bolt restoration and I feel I probably have about another year or so to go to get it done right.

Re: New but have 2 year 68 project

Jason, Welcome to Team Camaro. Great bunch of guys and gals here. We love pix. Look forward to seeing your '68. I spent 610 hours, or two years, getting my '68 the way I wanted it.... labor of love.

Both optimists and pessimists contribute to society. The optimist invents the automobile, the pessimist seat belts, head rests, disc brakes, and air bags.
