Good morning, I'm having a problem with the right turn signal, where exactly under the dash left of the steering column do I find the flasher, I have a new one to install. Hazzards work fine, the left works fine, it's the right that does not blink. Patti

Welcome here, Sounds more like you have a bulb bad, check all of them closely.
for the flasher, turn it to the left, follow the clicking, to the flasher.
