New from down under

Hi all, i`m new to this forum, recently imported a fully resto`d 1967 SS clone, 396BB, 4sp muncie, 12 bolt posi, I know it`s not a genuine matching #`s car but really dont care, just love this thing as is.
Car was in Ray Skillmans in Indianapolis , it then went to Duffys in Iowa where i done the negotiations in order to get it down to Aus.
Car is Tuxedo black with red interior
I`m a bit of a BB fan as i currently have 4 of Detroits finest, as well as the Camaro i have `98 stepside pickup vortec 454 4L80E (daily drive), `
`64 Cadillac fleetwood series 60 (41,000 original miles)
`70 Covette stingray 454 T/H 400 (the wifes toy)
looking forward to chating with some of you in the future

At the end of the day...A 1st gen is a 1st gen...one doesnt have to prove nothn to anyone driving down the road, the heads just turn....
Thats how my boy racer rotary fanatic son decribed it driving the camaro at the Beach hop couple yrs back.

Th must admit, my 34 sec 1/4 mile top speed 52 mph 2 cylinder 1000cc wooden frame bradford pulls more interest lol.

My Spelling is not incorrect...it is creative

To date my only mod plans have been to replace the original rally rims fitted with Firestone, " wide oval" red stripe, F70 bias ply tyres with a set of 15 x 8 Cragars with 225 x 60 front and 265 x 50 rear Yokohama`s
apart from that we are just enjoying it a lot
