I'm not new, but my new project is

After resto-modding my 67RS for 5 years, with the help of this great site.. I picked up another camaro project. Its my buddies 73 camaro that he has had for about 30 years. He started the restoration about 2 years ago but didn’t have the time to work on it. He has since gotten a great deal on a 70 split nose completed car so this one became available. The entire car has been media blasted and is all GM metal except for one door skin. The metal is in excellent condition. The car is 99% there except for a few trim pieces.. but its all in boxes. I am going to have a great time putting it back together. The AIM is going to be my best friend…again. I always liked the 70-73 style camaro too. This ones gonna be a father son project and someday give it to my son. Its going to be a driver, stockish 350 4speed car. Nothing fancy but a good looking driver. I thought I learned my lesson after spending 5 years and a fortune on my 67, but I guess its an illness. Your support will be theraputic This ones gonna be more on a budget and is less of a project than my 67 was….I hope. Heres a pic just out of the blasting booth...

If this is in the wrong forum.. sorry..please move it if needed...

Cool! It's great to see a young guy wanting to get into cars rather than video games. Best of all you get to spend time sharing your passion and knowledge with your son.
