Hello to everyone. Sadly, I inherited my dad's 1968 RS/SS when he died last November. It was his fifth first gen and one of the few he did not do a frame off on. It's really special to me and I plan on keeping it in my family and handing it on to my daughter when she will be ready for it.
69 350 block bored .090 over (didnt know it was possible but thats what the builder said...), not for sure on the cam specs but i believe its over a half inch lift on intake and exhaust, and a pretty good duration. M21 with a fairly fresh rebuild, 12 bolt rear with 3.73 and i believe an eaton, 4 wheel discs with no booster, red with black stripe across the front carrying down to the sides.
He did a lot of work to get it back to "era correct" restoration. We spent countless hours working on it when I was in high school, through my college, and while ive been a family man. It doesnt need much, but it does have some things to be done too it that my father never got too when he was around. I dont have alot of pictures because its been sitting in my garage since last november, waiting on a new starter, so once i get it going ill be sure to throw some up.
