New guy from CT

Good afternoon all! I am relatively new to the whole forum thing, but by no means new to classic Chevys. I have been restoring my '68 Camaro for 5-6 years now, and recently decided to participate in the forum world. I also have a complete (if that is even possible) '67 pro-street Nova. I look forward to helping out as I can and listening to all of your feedback.

Re: New guy from CT

Wow, thanks for the warm welcome! I can't believe how many guys from good ole over-taxed CT are on this site. I go to a lot of the local shows, I have probably already seen some of your cars. Maybe next year I can put a face and name to the cars, because the lovely fall foliage will quickly turn into cold snow causing the end of all of our fun up in this corner!

1968 Camaro Pro-Touring project (has original 327, but I have an uncommon surprise for it!)

Re: New guy from CT

LOL yeah I love how the folks at WFSB think they can:
A). Name storms independent of the authority empowered to do so - The National Weather Service/NOAA /NHC. Despite the fact that only tropical Atlantic, and Pacific storms are officially named, and deadly storms retire the name used to avoid confusion. Winter storms are never named. A winter storm may be historically referred to as "the blizzard of March xxxx" but never named Albert, Bruce, Charley etc for your cat or exs.
B). Cause panic by showing footage from 12 years ago.

Only in Connect-I-Cut.

LOL Tell me about it. I work at a restaurant in New Haven and the minute they mention snow the city hides and our business is done for the night
