67 RS/SS Owner

Hello,

I have owned a 67 Camaro since I was 16. I fell in love with the car the first time my friend kevin and I snuck out his dads 67 Camaro when we were 16.

I am 47 now and have owned 6 1967 Camaro's.

I have 2 RS/SS at this time. I own a red numbers matching 1967 with the following: Delux interior, fold down, rear defog, tilt, speed warning, gauges, PS, PDB, heavy duty radiator, 4spd, 12 bolt posi.

The other Camaro has not been on the road since 1978. Totally rust free and 100% original metal. I just had it rotisoried last year and am slowly putting it back together stock.

That is why I am playing with the red 67. This year I am putting a t56 and a 383 stroker in it. I put on cal tracs, 15 inch rallys, rear anti sway bar, electronic ingnition. The rest is stock. Only body work on this car are quarter panel patches over the wheel wells.

I am excited to see how this car performs with the 470 hp, 460 lb-ft torque 383 and the t56 close ratio.

Later....

That story makes me very jealous.... ahh to go to back to the early 80's again and drive/ride in a 1st gen at that age!!!
