Newbie who found a cool '69 Camaro video

Hey everyone. My name is David. I am a newbie to the Camaro world. I have always been a fan, but never an owner—yet. My wife is a fan, too. She had a late 90s Camaro that she sold and we are thinking of getting one. We both love classic cars. At any rate, I am curious if it a cardinal sin to have someone build for you? I don’t have the slightest mechanical ability, so I was looking at custom shops to do the work for me and saw this vid on Facebook (it sounds amazing):

Does anyone know about these guys or had work done by them? Thanks.

Your budget will dictate what your options are. If you don't have VERY deep pockets your best bet will be to buy one done or close to how you want it and make minor changes. Paint and bodywork are right at the top of the list for expenses, meaning that will cost you a lot. So if you can find one that is already painted a color you like or can live with, that will help. There are a ton of options and ways to get to where you want to be.

I agree with the above member but I would just add to stay away from the brown Camaros (rust). Oh and it is not sin to buy one done rather than restoring one yourself.
