Hello from Lubbock, TX

Hi everybody. I just bought a 67 SS roller that has been a drag car for quite some time. I plan on "softening" it up just a bit and putting it back on the street. I am finishing up a 388 stroker for it right now, so I should have it on the road in just a few weeks. I'm really looking forward to spending some time here and learning from everybody! Here is a quick picture of the car on the ride to its new home.

Re: Hello from Lubbock, TX

Thank you, I think it's a good car and has been set up nicely as far as I can tell. For its intended purpose of course...I won't be carving any corners at warp speed in it!

Welcome, I am just a few miles north of you. Trees in the back ground photo tell me New Mexico?, Clovis?

Welcome, Caleb.
Nice Camaro - enjoy her.
Make a log for the parts you buy, any wiring changes, etc. as you can use it for reference in the future.

Thank you both for the welcome! Great idea on the log, I have been halfway doing that but I really need to get organized.

The car looks nice Caleb...... are you planning on putting a floor back in it or leave as is?
