Shes got a new home!

So, finaly shes got her own Home!

Have owned the car since 2000
Bought her with a 454 ,Muncie M20 and a 12Bolt

After a year or so the Flywheel an Clutch gave up on me
The economy forced me to take what i had and she got a TH350

Had some fun with the car a couple of year back then, but years went by and it was my time to change dipers and ****!

Newer sold the car, only hided it for some years under bad conditions!

Finaly there was time and money to build a Garage for Her.

And here she is:

First Pic is washed after 5years hiding
Second is inside her new Home
Third is testfitting some 18 Rondell D58. Going for the Rally 17 at first

And the pieces of a Chrismas tree on the floor states that i still have my Family

Re: Shes got a new home!

Yeah the 18s are nice, but i need x 11" to fill out my rear, so there is no such thing used!
These are from a BMW 5 series using 8,5 front 10 rear

Im going for 8 front 11 rear, probably somthing 3piece.
Been looking at Image BPS custom made, but they will set me back at least one TKO600

Licence plate in rear? Dont ask me, i dont like it! And the split bumper i dont know where came from!
Shes been in Norway since 1968
Came in as a straight 6
Had a 327 for som years and then a 355
The 454 she got in 1998

Re: Shes got a new home!

As expected, a lot of welding on axle tube and the tube is warped!

Som heat and press fixed it!

Re: Shes got a new home!

Family is good.
Yep, you learned. Old school is using nickel rod/filler when welding steel to cast iron and do 1/8 of the circumference at a time, opposite sides. Let cool, then do another 1/8 circumference. Repeat as needed.

Nice and the correct year. I'm also a 454 fan (see sig).
