I think that is a great color. If its the origional color, I'd go back to it. Check this link for Corvette Bronze pictures. http://www.69pace.com/paint1968corvettebronze.htm

Welcome Dan!

Not my favorite Color, but it would grow on me. I would keep it the Original Color.

Yup add my vote to the original bronze. Can't wait to get mine back to Granada Gold.

Best color for a 68. Probably because I spent a lot of time in high school tooling around in my buddy's 68 z that was corvette bronze. Looks even better in person (out in the sun) than in any picture.

For the amount of time and money you'll have in this car, do your self a favor. Paint it the color that YOU want. Don't listen to strangers.

It is a nice color that you don't see every day, I would go with the color she was born with if the rest is matching numbers. JMHO

Re: corvette Bronze to be or not to be

My car was originally a Corvette Bronze car with white vinyl top. It was a tough decision, but I went with the color I liked the best (Lemans Blue). Corvette Bronze is a nice looking color & one you do not see very often, but I agree with the above post, it's your car, paint it a color that makes you happy.

Mine is a Corvette Bronze paint code too. That color just doesn't do it for me. It will be some shade of red.
Paint it what pleases you.
