69 z vibration

Hi. I am glad to find you guys or gals. I have had a vibration in my 69 Z for many years, cant deal with it any more, spent hundreds to thousands trying every thing, making head way, after tires, wheels, truing, rebalancing, complete new rear end and new exhaust, I sent my aluminum drive shaft to a different shop, found some problems, new yoke and installed new tail shaft bushing, ,better, but not enough, trying to rotate one shaft yoke 30 degrees like original shaft. will let you know today, also mentioned to check pinion yoke, dial indicator shows it off 8 thousands, so ordering new quality one, Thanks, Ron. Re: 69 z vibration

Welcome to TC Ron... Have you stopped back in to see the replies you are getting in your other post about the vibration? It's in your best interest to stay with the initial post and not start multiple conversations on the same issue. You don't want to put folks off who have shown interest or offered help by ignoring them and rehashing the subject in a second post.

Hello, Yes , I did do a second post, wasn't sure first one was there, some much info to absorb from other members, seems to be a big problem for a lot of folks, I am picking up my drive shaft today and will check to see if pinion yoke has any run out after repairs, I will get back later, Ron
