Old man and new member

I am a Camaro lover from Northern Colorado. I am retired and have love them since back in the 60's when I drove my first 69 DZ302 Camaro and I was hooked. Glad I found this place. My project right now is my pristine 91 Camaro convertible with only 12k miles on it. It's having the drive train from a 2013 ZL1 Camaro installed and the car will be done by June. Can't wait.

Welcome Rick. Nice project. I had a 93 Z-28 6 spd. that I should have kept, but we all have those stories..

Thanks,

Nice car from one Old man. . . .I had a 90 IROC vert with the 305 so yours will be awesome, the question I have what have you done to the suspension and beefed up the body to handle that HP? I know the factory wouldn't even allow the 350 in the verts due to the flex in the vert.

I'm thinking you must have gotten a real deal on the ZL1.

Totally beefed up to eliminate body flex with massive subframe connectors. Solid as a rock.
