Re: hello

Hi again. I didnít mean to end up on the Welcome Wagon yet. I posted on the ďTest DriveĒ forum to experiment with pics but I guess I will perfect my postings here.
I must confess I have been lurking for some time and am very impressed with the talent and resources available on this site. With the information available on this site and future contributions, I am happy to say that I am now the proud owner of a bondo free 1969 Camaro. Some of my first memories are of the 1969 Frost Green Camaro my Dad bought new. Even as a 5 year old, I knew that car was special.
A few months ago I had the opportunity to lay my hands on one and I took it. I donít think my wife was as happy with the acquisition as I was but to me it meant finally being able to get a Camaro. I must confess that I was even a little nervous about the condition of the car but also didnít want to pay top dollar for one and have to tear it down anyway. With this, I know what I have.
My goal is to rebuild her and give it to my Dad who has given so much and asked so little.
What I have.

What I see.

Re: hello

Touching story. I'm sure your Dad will appreciate your gesture. So now that the cat is out of the bag why not just start a build thread and post away.
