Talking New from Colorado :)

Hey guys, I am new & from Southern Colorado. Picked up a 1969 Camaro X44 Car last month which is basically a rolling shell. I am excited to get going on this project but don't have much of a budget for drivetrain and paint. No major body defects or rust whatsoever. All i really need to do is find drivetrain and my buddy who paints is gonna help me out. Attached is a link to a craigslist ad of a dude selling a setup I think might be a fitting candidate for my car. Please let me know what you guys think as far as what concerns or problems I might run into doing this drivetrain swap! Please and Thank you Guys!

PS: My car was originally a small block car so I know about the heater box on the firewall needing to be moved. Also the big block cooling system, motor mounts, frame mounts, springs on front suspension. But what is your honest opinion on this? Thanks. Any criticism or information will help!

Re: New from Colorado :)

Welcome James!

It could be OK, to me it doesn't look like it has been run lately - if it did, the car might fall apart.

Good Luck on the Restore!
