'67 RS headlight doors

Hey everybody..another old guy here..I'm working on my inherited '67 RS.I put a new wiring harness in for the headlights, but the doors won't open.I'm getting a "clicking" noise from the circuit breaker(located behind the relays inside the rt. fender),but that's about it. Any suggestions on what I need to look for ?

Re: '67 RS headlight doors

I would replace the 3 relays, you can pick them up from Napa...and make sure the 10 amp is good.

Sounds like the relays are shot, which is very common problem. You might get lucky and all you have to do is pull the wiring off and put back on for each relay. I just did this for my 67 RS and everything works. But I had all new relays...
