67 RS with some rare options
I just purchased this 67 RS that has some pretty rare options and wanted to see what everyone thought. It has a rough exterior and will need a total restoration but is exactly the car I wanted. It does not have the original engine but may be a 67 GM replacement engine, I still need to verify that. My plans are to make it a LS1 car and store the current engine.
The car was stored for 25 or more years and even has a AM/FM 8-track player still installed. Almost nothing has been changed on the car with the exception of a 68 non RS front clip.
Here is the decoded cowl tag with production numbers I put together from a site on the internet.
