1967 Tail light assembly removal

How do you remove the tail light assembly on a 1967 Camaro SS/RS? I have removed the 6 nuts inside the trunk & they still will not come out.

If it's been in there for a while, the gasket may have bonded to the paint holding it in place.

Re: 1967 Tail light assembly removal

They stick as Brent suggested. When I took mine out I had to decide whether they were worth saving or not. They were pretty dried up and crumbly and sticking to the body so I just went ahead and pulled them off then ordered new gaskets.

Be careful when you do pop them out that they dont take any paint with them.
