New member from Michigan

Hey everyone, it's nice to be a member of such a good group.
I have been using this forum for a while as a visitor to get some questions answered as I have been trying to finish my '68 Coupe. Well now that I have it about 90% finished (only 40% to go, lol) I decided it was time to actually join up. I have a little more time on my hands, the last couple years, as a retired USPS letter carrier, and now am working only 60-80 hrs a month as a Driver training instructor, which I love doing.
I live a little north of Detroit in Harrison township Mi. So unfortunately I have to start getting her ready to put into hibernation for a few months.
I have a couple things to take care of before that though, and one of the repairs is the lower door hinge pin. So I have question about it that I'd like to get some input on. Should I post it on the body shop thread ?
Nice to meet you all !!

Welcome to the addiction. Post some pics and lets see what you got.

I would post your question on the appropriate section.

HEY GUY'S , Thanks for the welcomes' and compliment's.
The color is custom but remarkably close to British green. It was base coated in black, then sprayed with a transparent dark green with small gold flake. Really hard to see in most photo's. I will find one that has a little more light reflection on it to post.

Here is one from last year a, little earlier in the build. But the color shows up a little better than most photo's.

I guess I cannot upload a pic at this time. When I tried it said I was over my Quota, with just the two that I put on my first msg. But even after I deleted those to pic's it still say's I'm over my quota even with 0 attachments. Duno,
