Shoulda came here first... Sorry

Hello, Im new to this forums and had already started posting and asking questions about a car I am wanting to restore with out my introduction.

Most call me Q and I am an autobody tech mechanic tech. Start to finish technician that is current with todays autos. Specialties are frame to refinish, airbags and diagnostics, luxury imports and JEEP vehicles that are 87 and newer. if it has a carburetor I am clueless, classics I am clueless. I can show you how to get your modena 360 started after you spin it out or how to use your steering wheel to program your windows on your benz. But a carb? not happening. I am on this site to ascertain an old camaro that I want to restore for myself.

History
I helped restore the first car when I was 8 with my dad - you can see where I helped because the paints flaking off where I didnt sand good enuff. It was a 1956 Chevy 2 door. Dad always told me I would get that car and as a young boy I asked him when when when? He said 36 and the ol man honored that and I got it last year. I had asked my father why 36? His reply was "I dont know, was just throwing out a F$#@[email protected]* number..." So anyway theres my history that pertains to why I am here. I have fixed cars for a long time but carb is a four letter word for me. I do not know anything about 69 camaros...

Thankyou
Q
