New Member From Arizona

Hi, My name is Dan and I live in the Arizona Mountains where the weather is cool and the mountains are full of beautiful trees.

I have a 1968 Camaro Rally Sport that was originally a 6 cylinder Power Glide car. When I bought the car, it had a tired 327 cid motor still hooked up to the Power Glide. I installed a 383 cid Stroker Motor with a 2004R Automatic Overdrive "Monster" Transmission. I have restored the interior including high bolster buckets seats. Even though it was originally an air-conditioned car, it didn't work when I bought the car, so I upgraded it to an after market "Southern Air" system.

I do all my own mechanical work. Future plans include new paint and some minor body repairs. I am unable to do body work, so I will farm that out to a professional.

I enter and drive to many car shows. I have traveled as far as Las Vegas, NV, Moab, UT and Durango, CO.

My other cars include: a restored 1971 Firebird Formula 400; a 1964 RestoMod Chevy Step Side Pick Up; and an under construction 1969 Corvette Convertible.

Very nice ride indeed. It appears you are a solid wrench turner with a good amount of experience. Welcome to the addiction.
