No fuel being pumped

I have a 1991 RS Camaro w/305. Was running fine but will not start now due to no fuel getting pumped to engine. Fuel filter is good. The fuel pump fuse in front of the battery is good. No power getting to fuel pump though. Checked relay and only one wire, the one coming from the fuse in front of the battery is showing power going through. I heard there would be two wires feeding power to the relay. one feeding all the time and one feeds when the switch is turned to the on position. I found no fuel pump fuse in the fuse panel under the dash. Any suggestions on where to look next? What may be the problem?

Re: No fuel being pumped

This is not new, try rapping the bottom of your fuel tank or cell with a rubber hammer , listen for pump hums, if not pull pump and replace.

You may have a fuel pump access hole under the back seat. Check for location.
