67 camaro convertible

Hey guys. I've been on the forum a few times, but this is my first post. I've wanted a 67 convertible for 30 years (now 46) and finally found a decent running project car- it's a 20 footer. After experiencing some electrical gremlins I found more issues which look like are common on these cars. It seems like every time I want to fix something, I find 10 more issues. I will definitely be looking for some guidance as I get deeper into this project. Thanks for the help in advance! Dan

Welcome Dan, best year and best car. I bought a house in Somerset about 45 minutes out of Buffalo on the lake(well across the street). Nice flat roads in the country, and people that actually knew how to drive. Watch out for the deer though.

Re: 67 camaro convertible

Welcome aboard. Lots of good advice on this site. I own one of each first gen Camaros. My first a 67 convertible I got in 1985. So I have a soft spot for them. You can view my garage. And I am Dan as well. I have a ton of knowledge having built over a dozen Camaros and am realistic about parts and budgets

With all the seeming trials, don't forget to enjoy what you're doing and enjoy the drives you take in it. Whether they're test drives to work out bugs(can be stressful), or fun drives that you reward yourself with after you've declared another small victory in the process!

Enjoy the car. That's what they're for!
