Hello, new here

Hi, I am John, I had the opportunity to uncover and buy a 1967 RS/SS 350 that had been sitting in a garage since 1981, I want to have this car done to the standards it deserves. I did many hours of web surfing and this site was the most recommended . So here I am. My car is a 4th week of December build, Norwood, original parts intact, MS engine, Muncie 4 speed, 12 bolt posi, Granada Gold / Black vinyl top, Deluxe interior, console with gauges, factory Disc brake fronts, with 67,714 on the odometer. It also has the original Luby Chevrolet cardboard pouch with the custom feature optional accessories flyer, original owners manual and warranty booklet with protect o plate intact. All trim tag and protect o plate items are correct and still on the car. It started it's life at Luby Chevrolet in Forest Hills NY, I talked with the son of the original owner, he verified many items on the car, I talked with the second owner, he also verified many things, and I bought it from the third owner who was saving it so maybe he could restore it sometime, but has realized he isn't up to it. It had hit a small tree in 1981 and has sat since. It also has the 4 factory DG wheels on it. I am confident I will be here on the forum many times, and appreciate being here. I never got to finish my 69 RS/SS big block car, life got in the way, but this one will be done right and driven. Thanks and happy to be a part of this.
