my Name is Natalie and I live in Germany. Last year I bought a 69 Camaro Z28 Tribute. I owned several other Camaros before and I always dreamed to own a 1st Generation
My Camaro came to Germany from Kansas in 2016, perhaps some one knows the Car? Here are some Details about it:
The car had an 6 cylinder engine originally but was swaped to a 350 Chevy with Edelbrock RPM Headup kit.
The Color is butternut yellow with black stripes, orginally it was butternut with black vinyl roof.
The Interior is black vinyl, originally it was gold custom interior (lucky that it is black now
It came with 14 inch Rallye Wheels from the USA
Front Suspension seems to be lowerd (maybe Hotchkis springs), Del-A-Lum bushings and KYB-Gas-A-Just Shocks
Rear Suspension had stock monoleafs
The Camaro was build to a Z28 Tribute Car very nice, only thing that's missing is the cowl induction hood. I want to add it in the future
I did some work on the manual steering and changed the worn out gearbox. I also added a MSD Streetfire distributor and made the firewall fit, the old distributor got damaged because it had permanent contact with it.
Big update was the rear suspension. I installed Hotchkis 1,5 Sport Springs and new Shocks.
Added a Flowmaster 80 Muffler
I'm waiting for my American Racing VN215 TT's at the moment.
I don't know much about the car, so I hope to find some who knows the Camaro or maybe the PreOwner is here too. I would be very happy to get some informations or maybe pics. Last known Owner lived in Olathe, Kansas and his first name is Paul
The pics are showing the car how it came from the USA
Thanks and greetings
