New to Nashville, TN

As with thousands of other folks, I am new Nashville, TN...Franklin, actually. That said, I've got a 69 Camaro that was my daily driver as a teenager. The car had a restoration 20 years ago and still looks darn good from 2 feet away. I'm 36, married with 3 boys and finally own a house with extra garage space for the car. It's been in and out of storage for the last 18 years...time flies...but I am now at a point that I can spend some time and money getting the car upgraded and a bit more reliable. It runs and drives, but it's time for some TLC.

Any recommendations for a good classic car restoration shop in middle Tennessee? I like to turn a wrench, but also know my limitations and limited time to work on the car. I'd love to find a place that can help me decide what to tackle first and put a plan in place for making steady upgrades and improvements.

Thanks for any insight or recommendations.

Welcome to the Nashville area !

I live in East Nashville about 30 miles north of you.

I know of a shop here but like I said, it's 30 miles north. But maybe worth a drop by and talk to the owner (Greg).

Do the work yourself. Take your time and research every aspect of the build. If I can do it, you can too! Nice looking car..

Beth, but the real question is: Are there any other good brewpubs there besides the Beer Works?
