Hi all, as a teenager in the late 60's in IN muscle cars where IT. I started working at 15 and at 16 bought a 68 Firebird RAM Air 400 for $1,200. A year later came across a 69 Z28 with a blown motor and it was selling for next to nothing. I drove the 68 on the streets and the 69 at a 1/4 mile strip. And sometimes got confused where I was driving what. Then life happened. Sold both cars, raised a family and now have 7 grandkids - totally blessed. But always wanted to have something similar in the garage. This past year bought a 69 and a 68 Camaro. Both have a fair amount of work needed and looking around for info I found this site - lots of good information and sharing of war stories. Looking forward to learning and sharing where I can!
satz28 and 69-Pace like this.

After 44 years, have both the 68 and 69 Camaro

Welcome to the Club - yes, correct year on the '68.
I see they have asked for pictures when you can.
Congrats on the 7 grandkids. I agree, do one Camaro at a time in avoiding losing interest.

Welcome to TC. WOW, 7 grandkids, that must keep you busy! As far at the 68 thing above, I am sorry you could not find a 68 Firebird Ram Air car and had to settle. You did right with the 69 though!
