custom fuel injection tank

Just completed my custom tank. Seems to working ok. Nice and quiet pump. The pump I used is for a '99 Ford F-350 truck. Made a drop shelf for the clearance issue between tank and trunk floor.

What's your required pressure at the fuel rail?

Re: custom fuel injection tank

That will work. That pump is ineffective for later model 58psi requirements.

Nice work on the tray. Did you weld, solder, or braze it to the tank?

Re: custom fuel injection tank

I used a mig welder to attach it to the tank then ground down the weld. After that I soldered the seams and around the bolts for any pinholes.
Using it for my small block with a TPI setup. Hopefully the moudule will eliminate the fuel starvation problems around corners I had.
