Re: Fast ez efi 2.0

Why are you using a fast instead of the GM ECU?

From my experience on a cam with number similar to those, you are on the borderline of the self learn working with an EZ EFI system. I think you would be better off with one of the higher end systems from FAST, like the Sportsman or the XFI 2.0. You can turn off the self learn on the higher end systems at lower loads if need be, that is where it will give you trouble. Also, find out what the idle vacuum is supposed to be with that cam. If the cam has less than 10 inches of manifold vacuum at idle, you will need to run the system in Alpha-N mode rather than Speed Density Mode, you can't choose with the EZ system, it is Speed Density only I believe.

No, it's not stock.
No, it's not real.
No, it's not for sale.
It's just the way I like it.

Data log and send file to NMS.

Better with a MAF tune then SD. The OEM ECM is more tuneable then almost all except very expensive standalones

The only place i can find that does chevy's is vinny ten racing. All other places just do mustangs and dont have the software or knowledge of gm

I shot him an email
The only thing that worries me is that hes 45 miles west. That means more congestive traffic as you get closer to nyc and i am scared of driving an untuned camaro that is just seeing the road

But maybe i can flatbed it there when the time comes

Im thinking ahead anyways as usual. But its best to get answers now rather than when you need it right away
