Re: Whats a good converstion LS kit

Get the Holley kit, best one on the market. Don't mix and match headers, mounts and crossmembers from different companies without research- stick to the same name company.

Re: Whats a good converstion LS kit

I like the Dirty Dingo Mounts along with Hooker headers. Xmember depends on tranny. I alway go manual so I get it from the tranny package supplier.

The LS6 isn't a 4" bore so it can't use the LS3 heads; I would pass and keep looking.

The LS6 with 243 heads and the LS6 intake is a good engine. 405 HP and with Cam, long tubes and a little head work can easy be 500 hp

They came in C5 Vettes. The Corvette T56 will not work in a Camaro as it is designed to work with the Corvette torque tube.
