Sniper learned a new trick.

8 hours into a drive from Indy to Fairfax my fuel flow went from 25-30 at 80mph to no these that 50 with idle being 9-11 which is double the 4-5 it normally is. Needless to say the car ran like crap! No visual issues with anything and my o2 was reading normal. So, I flashed my last tune in, from before the auto learn on the trip, and it's fine. What happened? I would like for this to not happen again but I have no idea where to start.

Re: Sniper learned a new trick.

The o2 sensor doesn't like something and keeps adjusting and adjusting until your tune is all out of wack.

for instance, if your tuned cruise AFR target is 14.7 and you have even the slightest imperceptible engine miss, your tune will gradually go to h e LL.

Cool. I'll just turn off the learn function util I get home. Thank you!
