I found the Sniper issue!

Dead injector. One barrel, front pass side, has zero fuel. That explains the funky readings!!! It is on the side the o2 sensor is on sooooo, she upped the fuel making drivers side rich an pass lean. Oui! Now the interesting part: I am supposed to send the unit back to Holley, pay $200 and then pay to have t shipped back to me to get this fixed. They won't give me a part number for the injector as no parts are user replaceable/repairable. Well, I guess I have to put the non user replaceable injector back in... On a side note, she still ran at 80mph and never crossed 170* with the AC on from Fairfax to Indianapolis.

Plan B

Where did you buy the Sniper?

Summit or Jegs. Ship back to them and they will send you a new system if still within the return time since purchased.

Re: I found the Sniper issue!

glad to hear you found the issue.

side note, when the ECU went out on mine, I sent it back and it showed up a week later with a new ECU no charge

interesting how this all plays out

Re: I found the Sniper issue!

When the ECU went out on mine. I shipped it back and they shipped me a whole new complete Sniper unit. I would call and talk to a tech person at Holley.

Re: I found the Sniper issue!

That should be no cost to you, maybe they'll refund the $200 when the receive yours.

I know someone that has a barely used grey Terminator throttle body, w/injectors, I doubt it works with the sniper wiring/ecu though.

Re: I found the Sniper issue!

I am a fool and Holley is forgiving.... Don't forget to register your product friends. She'll be fine in 2 weeks for free.
