advice how to calculate tire and rim size

hallo guys
how can i calculate tire and rim size
i am making pro street car with backhalf
the motor is a 572 ci with 10.5 compression cam in 706 lift and exh 706 lift
brodix heads big brodie 2xtra with apd carb 1100cfm dominator
one more questions what is the best for this setup four link or laderbar
the car is a 68 camaro

I've got Competition Engineering Ladder-Links under my '69. A ladder bar with adjusability on the lower bar that's parallel to the ground.
