Rear spring rate

OK, new rearend housing should be here soon and then I'll be ready to mock up my new 4-link setup. My '72 Camaro pro streeter should weigh in the neighborhood of 2800 lbs w/ the 496. I'm ready to order a set of QA1 Proma Star coilovers for the rear, just don't have a clue as to what rate springs to get. Car will be a cruiser, not a drag car. Engine will be slid back 8", seats are moving back 12", dash 12", and new cage will be sitting back as far as I can get it. Rear tires are 30x18.5's. I want the car to ride decent, not stiff or bouncy. Do I need to install an anti-sway bar? What rate springs do I need for the rear?

I may be old and slow, but ........what the heck was I gonna say?
