Pro street front suspension?

Right now i have stock control arms and cut springs with 165 75 radials on the front. I like the low look but my oil pan and headers are only 3 1/4'' off the ground and in Pa that's not good. Since i need to align the front end anyways i'm thinking about spc adjustable upper arms with tall ball joints, or the heidt's -1 arms so i can run a larger tire and tuck it in for some ground clearance. What have you guys tried and how do you like it? What would be the metric version of taller front tire that guys run?
Thanks George

Re: Pro street front suspension?

I have the Heidts tubular a-arms that are 1" narrower. I had the same problem with my headers hitting everything. I went to a taller tire in the front but I could not find a radial tire. Mickey Thompson makes front runners in 2 different sizes. I went with the taller ones and have good clearance now. Just look up there tires at summit and you will see what size they are.
