History
I special ordered this car in December 1967 in Philadelphia PA with the following options: Z28, Rally Sport, Instrumentation, Power front Disc Brakes and 4 speed close ratio manual transmission. I up graded the suspension about 1973 with ADDCO rear sway bar and 350ci w Air Camaro front springs. I replaced the 780 Holley carburetor with the same model about the same time
I moved to Virginia Beach in 1976 following a job change with the Federal Government. I drove this car until around 1983 when my family got bigger and the car got older. It has been kept in the garage since then.
Currently it is still in the garage under rectification. The engine has been "blue printed" and slightly upgraded, the frame is off and powder coated and the interior disassembled. I have some replacement parts and things and trying to get started putting it back together again.
