History
I bought the car in 2006. Found it in a backyard in Ct. over the last ten years totally disassembled it completely. Replaced anything that it needed, powder coated everything I could. I replaced any metal it need, which wasn't a lot and started to reassemble. I finally painted it in Nov. 2015. Started doing the assembly and at 90% complete. Hope to be driving this summer.
I bought the car from the 2nd owner. He bought it in the early 70's while in the air force in Denver Co. When I picked it up he asked me if I wanted the original motor that went with the car, of course I said yes. i have pictures from day 1 until present, fun to see what it started out as. it had been sitting for a while!!
I will add pictures soon.

Modifications

Drivetrain
It has a slightly built 350 with 0 miles I picked up "cheap". i will eventually re-do the 327. Going to drive this one for a while. Added headers.
Interior
It will be all black when it's finished.
Exterior
It was originally Grecian green with a white vinyl top. Because I am doing this project with one of my sons, he didn't want to go with that color. It's going to be all his someday, so I didn't fight to much about that. I didn't want the vinyl top. Chose a BMW color called mineral gray. Looks nice. Undecided what strips to put on as of yet. Added an ss hood.
Audio
Undecided as of now.
Suspension
tubular control arms and front disc brakes. I want to make sure it stops.
Wheel and Tire
Undecided, something "old school" I'm sure. my son and I agree on this one.
